ATLANTA - The Southern Area of The Links, Incorporated and Community Voices of Morehouse School of Medicine are launching a campaign to prevent childhood obesity, which is endangering the health of children in African-American communities across the country.
The Southern Area of The Links, Incorporated’s Commission on Childhood Obesity Prevention Kickoff will be held on Thursday, December 9th at Morehouse School of Medicine. Atlanta Mayor Kasim Reed, students from two Atlanta Public Schools, as well as other distinguished guests will attend be in attendance.
